Welcome to My Personal Corner!
Welcome to my corner of the internet! I’m Alexa—a creator, social media manager, technical lighting designer, and a lifelong learner who is constantly discovering new things about myself and the world. If there is one phrase that encapsulates my journey so far, it is that I am the "queen of pivoting."
My path has not always been a straight line. I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, and along the way, I’ve navigated my fair share of highs, lows, and career shifts. As a triplet and a reader and writer who actively works through learning disabilities every single day, resilience is baked into my DNA. I might have to work harder at certain things, but I show up, try again, and never stop looking for the beauty and opportunity life has to offer.
This space is a reflection of my little world and all the things that bring me absolute joy. I am a world traveler with a deep, unwavering obsession with Australian specialty coffee (if I don't have a small flat white with an extra shot in one hand, something is wrong). During my time living and volunteering abroad in Queensland, I fell entirely in love with Australian wildlife, though my heart will always belong to camelids—especially my own spotted llama, Reese.
When I am not outside connecting with nature or animals, I am likely deep into a passion project. I thrive on business, entrepreneurship, holistic wellness, and cooking. I am also an obsessive bullet journaler with a collection of pens that borders on excessive.
Because I love capturing life as it happens, I post daily on my Instagram: @alexa.janoschka Sharing my daily shenanigans—from active outdoor adventures and fitness routines to behind-the-scenes live production work—has not only been an amazing way to express myself, but it has also shaped me into a highly effective social media manager for both my own platform and global brands.
I am constantly working on myself, chasing new side quests, and building authentic connections with the people, animals, and environments around me. I am so glad you found this space—grab a coffee, and welcome to the journey!
